近年来在信息系统、数据挖掘、管理科学和供应链管理领域的国际高水平期刊，如Knowledge-Based Systems, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Research, Computer in Human Behavior, Journal of Information Science, Journal of Forecasting, Electronic Commerce Research等发表SSCI/SCI论文20余篇，出版专著2部。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，国家社会科学基金（后期资助项目）1项，江苏高校哲学社会科学重大项目1项，横向课题2项，授权国家发明专利2项，参与国家级课题多项。

主要教授《管理信息系统》、《数据库原理》、《信息系统与信息资源管理》、《商务智能与数据挖掘》、《社会网络分析》、《电子商务安全与风险管理》等课程。

主要研究方向包括：1.商务智能（深度学习）与大数据分析；2.复杂网络分析；3.XAI与因果推断。

国家自然科学基金，青年科学基金，71501040，基于多主题和网络模型的社交媒体电子医疗用户推荐研究，2016/01－2018/12，已结题，主持。
